I ‘ve put on fat and now I weigh 67 kg .Before I was 60-62.I want to get rid of all this extra fat without losing my muscles.Diet should be high in protein and carbohydrates .I will be doing my weight training 4 days in a week + 45 mins cardio workout for 5-6 days in a week .How many gr. of carbohydrates will I need to consume on the days I go to the gym and the ones I don’t ?

I have been going to the gym like 4x a week , and do about 1.5 hrs of cardio, I am eating better, but i still don’t see fast enough results. What are some good workouts I can do at gym to burn fat?! Is it true that I need to detoxify my body first?

Who thinks interval training is good for fat loss?

An instructor at my gym has said it is better. I wud normallly do a lot or cardio i.e. 1.5 hours. But with doing interval you push to the maximum for say 1 min then cool down 2 mins and repeat this for say half an hour. To start with b4 do this he has given me 3 weights machines which work large muscle groups. He says that one should change workout at least every 3 weeks as body gets used to it. He says that this is much better at burning fat and at rest you will also burn more and things will be much more efficient, and also eat little and often and eat most of carbs at brekfast and lunch . Anyone agree this is good? sounds good. Thanks in advance.

high intensity or low intensity cardio for fat loss?

I am trying to lose a lot of weight; however, I have heard a lot of different stories. Some people say low intensity cardio for a longer duration for the maximum fat burning and some say high intensity cardio for shorter duration and I have also heard that interval training (low intensity with high intensity bursts) are better. Can anyone explain to me the best way to lose fat??
